USE
- All lubrication, even under heavy load, up to an operating temperature of 160° C, ball and roller bearings, low or high speeds, dry or wet environments
- S4 grease is used and appreciated in the following applications Public works, quarries, agriculture, automotive, marine, electric motors, pumps, fans.
- The S4 grease, grade 2, can be used in centralized installation or by manual lubrication. Due to its wide range of use and its high performance, the S4 grease can replace several greases, simplifying the maintenance of a fleet of equipment.
ADVANTAGES
- Due to its composition, HVI base doped with polymers/Lithium thickener and reinforced with modified silicones (GDA anti-wear/anti-friction technology), the S4 grease has exceptional lubricating power and offers performances that were until now reserved for a few very expensive special greases.

USES

ADVANTAGES
- The GFS 5000 grease has very high extreme pressure, corrosion and oxidation resistance properties. This grease is composed of a blend of highly refined synthetic oils and mineral bases, additivated with a package of viscosity improvers and modified silicones, thickened with a complex lithium soap.
- Lithium complex soap provides a very high melting point, as well as high water resistance.
- The blend of high viscosity base oils is further enhanced by a package of viscosity enhancers and modified silicones which give the GFS 5000 grease outstanding extreme pressure and load bearing properties. This enables performance that was previously reserved for a few very expensive special greases over a wide temperature range (equivalent base oil viscosity: more than 350 mm2/s at high shear and more than 460 mm2/s at std shear).
- The GFS5000 grease maintains an ideal consistency even at low temperatures, it does not harden and adheres to metal surfaces more strongly than a conventional grease: no splashing under the effect of shocks, smoother operation, significant increase in the service life of the equipment.
- The affinity of modified silicones for metal surfaces, combined with its high resistance to weathering, gives it excellent anti-corrosive properties.
- Due to its very low naphthenic oil content, GFS 5000 grease is hydrophobic and retains its properties (consistency, extreme pressure, anti-corrosion…) even in the presence of water.

USE
- URS grease is a high performance grease which can be used in a wide temperature range from -30 to +200°C, from micro-bearings to the largest dimensions.
- URS grease is particularly suitable for very long greasing periods under heavy load up to an operating temperature of 200°C (above 160°C frequent lubrication is required).
- URS grease gives excellent results in the case of large clearances and on equipment subject to strong vibrations, due to its high stability.
- The URS grease, grade 2, can be used in centralized installations designed for this type of grease, in manual lubrication, but also in under-casing applications.
- Thanks to its wide range of use and its exceptional performance in terms of service life, the URS grease can replace several special greases, or allow a significant spacing of greasing, or even lifetime greasing, thus significantly reducing the maintenance cost of a fleet of equipment.
- Due to its polyurea based formulation, URS grease is not compatible with greases using other types of thickeners (Calcium Soaps, Lithium, Bentone…). It is therefore essential to carry out a complete disassembly and cleaning if one of these greases was previously used.

- Due to its composition of semi-synthetic oils, polyurea thickener and GDA modified silicones, the URS grease offers exceptional load carrying, high temperature and service life properties, significantly reducing maintenance costs compared to a conventional grease.

- The affinity of modified silicones for metal surfaces gives it exceptional anti-corrosion properties.
